Highly developed capability

When economy will get globalized and competition between companies will get more serious, the demand for people who have highly-developed professional capability will be intensified. There will be more need for people who are lawyers, who are familiar to international judicial affairs, who have skills for research and development. Such people have capability for business and will get successful with their professional capability. Among professional workers, those who have really highly-developed capability will be more active.

If people have enough professional skills, it is possible for them to start their business after they leave companies. Or they can obtain qualification such as and when they are employed and launch their office and become independent after they leave companies. Highly-developed capability is needed in both ways. It is necessary to expand educational institutions including private sectors to develop capability.

It is vital for employees to brush and develop their capability. If they fail to do it, they are forced to change their jobs with lower salary after they become candidates to be cut and retired.

There is another big problem. Some people lost their jobs and cannot change their jobs. There are many people who are unemployed for more than one year. It is necessary for them to find jobs without being damaged by long-term unemployment. These are the issues of job creation. I will mention this, later. It is important for society to help people to develop capabilities as well as to expand institutions. For example, social internship will work. Companies and autonomy set up trial period. Applicants develop capability for the period and become regular employees. Employers grant unemployment allowance to them until they become regular employees. The same system can be applied to the unemployed who do voluntary work. It provides opportunities to think of meaning of work to people, especially young people.
